PP Twin Screw 4 Strap Production Line Successfully Commissioned in Indonesia

A PP Twin Screw 4 Strap Production Line supplied by Yongxing Zhanxing has been successfully installed, commissioned, and put into operation at a customer's factory in Indonesia.

The production line uses two independent screw extrusion systems, allowing customers to adjust production according to their actual capacity requirements.

When higher production capacity is needed, both sides can run simultaneously to produce four PP straps. When lower output is sufficient, one side can operate independently to produce two PP straps.

The line can also be configured for core-filled PP strap production, providing additional flexibility for different product requirements.
